• Amends the Illinois Act on the Aging (20 ILCS 105/4.01) to grant the Department on Aging authority to determine and collect fees for departmental conferences, trainings, and programs.

• Fees collected are designated to offset the costs of hosting these conferences, trainings, and programs.

• This new authority is added as subsection (24) to the Department's existing powers and duties under Section 4.01.

• The Act takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
