Amends the Chicago Laborer Article of the Illinois Pension Code (40 ILCS 5/11-223.1 and 11-223.2) to expand health benefit options for annuitants and pensioners.

Adds dental plans and vision plans to the list of health benefit plans for which annuitants may assign their annuity or disability benefits to cover premium payments.

Removes the requirement that group hospital and medical insurance plans must be non-profit organizations.

Allows annuitants to assign benefits for health, hospital, medical, dental, or vision insurance premiums through written notification to the board.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
