Amends the Criminal Code of 1961 by adding Section 11-27 concerning sexual predators and custody of minors

Makes it unlawful for a sexual predator to knowingly assume custody or control of a minor who was the victim of the sex offense committed by that predator

Defines "sexual predator" and "sex offense" by reference to the Sex Offender Registration Act

Defines "minor" as a person under 18 years of age at the time the offense was committed

Violation of this section constitutes a Class 4 felony
