Amends Section 12-7.3 and Section 12-7.4 of HB5517 to add exemptions for employees of governmental entities monitoring workplace compliance

Excludes from stalking/aggravated stalking provisions individuals monitoring or being attentive to compliance with public safety laws, worker safety laws, wage and hour requirements, or other statutory requirements when such monitoring occurs at the workplace or worksite

Exempts lawful picketing at the workplace or worksite that arises from bona fide labor disputes, including disputes over wages, salaries, hours, working conditions, benefits, health and welfare, sick leave, insurance, and pension or retirement provisions

Exempts lawful picketing related to making, managing, or maintaining collective bargaining agreements and the terms included in those agreements
