Amends the Unified Code of Corrections Section 5-6-4 to allow intermediate sanctions for violations of probation, conditional discharge, supervision, or county impact incarceration sentences.

Permits intermediate sanctions to include use of electronic monitoring devices when a defendant accepts or receives sanctions for technical violations.

Maintains existing procedures for issuing notices of violation and conducting hearings, with intermediate sanctions available as an alternative to revocation proceedings.

Requires intermediate sanctions to include home detention for multiple or repeat violations of probation, conditional discharge, or supervision terms.

Specifies that successful completion of intermediate sanctions precludes court revocation or additional sanctions for the same violation.
