• Amends the Illinois Governmental Ethics Act to require members of the investment advisory panel created under the Illinois Prepaid Tuition Act to file verified written statements of economic interests with the Secretary of State.

• Adds investment advisory panel members as a new category (item p) of persons required to file financial disclosures under Section 4A-101.

• Requires investment advisory panel members to file disclosure statements containing the same economic interest information as other high-level state officials and board members.

• Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
