Eliminates the statute of limitations for prosecutions involving criminal sexual assault, aggravated criminal sexual assault, predatory criminal sexual assault of a child, aggravated criminal sexual abuse, and criminal sexual abuse.

Amends Section 3-5 of the Criminal Code of 1961 to add these sexual offenses to the list of crimes that may be prosecuted at any time, removing previous time restrictions.

Removes the 10-year limitation period that previously applied to sexual assault cases where victims reported offenses to law enforcement within 3 years of commission.

Strikes the prior subdivision (i) that limited prosecution of certain sexual offenses to 10 years and the provision limiting prosecution of misdemeanor criminal sexual abuse to 10 years after the victim turns 18.

Consolidates provisions regarding child victims under 18 years of age into Section 3-6, subdivision (j), allowing prosecution for failure to report these crimes within 20 years after the child victim attains 18 years of age.
