Amends House Bill 5723 to reorganize felony convictions eligible for sealing by creating three classification categories based on felony class levels

Class 4 felony convictions eligible for sealing include prostitution, cannabis possession, controlled substance possession, methamphetamine precursor offenses, steroid control offenses, theft, retail theft, deceptive practices, forgery, and possession of burglary tools

Class 3 felony convictions eligible for sealing include theft, retail theft, deceptive practices, and forgery

Class 2 felony convictions eligible for sealing include burglary, controlled substance offenses under Section 401, and possession of stolen motor vehicles
