Adds a new subsection (f-10) to the Counties Code allowing county boards to impose a mandatory fee of $10 to $30 on criminal convictions and grants of supervision to support Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) services.

Fee applies to felonies, Class A/B/C misdemeanors, petty offenses, and business offenses where a court appearance is required.

Circuit court clerks collect fees and deposit them into a dedicated CASA Fund created by the county board, which makes grants to support CASA activities and services within the county.

Updates subsection (g) to include the new CASA fee among exceptions to the general rule that court fees be placed in the county general fund.

Effective immediately upon enactment.
