Amends the Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act to modify requirements for public members serving on State agency selection committees.

Public members of selection committees must be appointed every 2 years and serve 2-year terms.

Public members are prohibited from serving consecutive terms on selection committees.

Public members must be nominated by statewide professional associations and cannot be employed by or associated with firms holding contracts with the State agency during their service.
