Amends the Illinois Counties Code to authorize counties with populations exceeding 500,000 that have adopted administrative adjudication systems to collect reasonable administrative tow fees.

Administrative tow fees collected shall be deposited into the county's general fund to cover costs incurred by the sheriff in towing vehicles.

Towing companies are not required to collect the administrative tow fee from vehicle owners.

Towing companies are relieved of responsibility to pay the tow fee to the county if the vehicle is abandoned.

Effective immediately upon becoming law.
