Reduces the filing fee for articles of organization (domestic) and applications for admission (foreign) from $500 to $100.

Reduces the filing fee for articles of organization in connection with a limited liability company with a series from $750 to $100.

Creates a new fee category (1.5) establishing the $100 fee for filing restated articles of organization and articles related to series LLCs.

Applies the fee reduction to all related filings including restated articles of organization for domestic LLCs.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
