Law enforcement agencies must report contaminated inhabitable properties used as clandestine methamphetamine labs to the Department of State Police and local public health officers.

Department of State Police shall maintain a publicly accessible website listing all reported properties contaminated by methamphetamine lab activity.

Properties are removed from the list upon Department of State Police confirmation that contamination has been properly remediated or meets decontamination standards without treatment.

Property owners, landlords, and real estate agents are not required to disclose past methamphetamine contamination once a property is removed from the state list.

Department of State Police may adopt rules establishing documentation standards for certified contractors conducting remediation work.
