IL HB5851

Amends Section 3-3-7 of the Unified Code of Corrections concerning conditions of parole and mandatory supervised release.

Makes a technical change by removing duplicate language of the word "parole" in subsection (a).

Changes the conjunction from "and" to "and" in condition (18) regarding compliance with orders of protection and adds a new condition (19) for methamphetamine-related offenses.

Renumbers former condition (18) regarding methamphetamine offenses to condition (19), which prohibits purchase or possession of pseudoephedrine and ammonium nitrate products unless prescribed or permitted.
