Amends Section 6-16.1 of the Liquor Control Act of 1934 to make a technical correction changing "the" to "the" in the enforcement actions section.

Requires licensees to provide written notice at least 14 days before any sting operation or enforcement action to investigate underage alcohol sales, unless a municipality or county sets a shorter period by ordinance.

Notice for sting operations and enforcement actions remains valid for 60 days from the date provided, unless a shorter period is set by local ordinance.

Requires local liquor control commissions and units of local government conducting alcohol and tobacco compliance operations to establish policies and standards for such operations.

Mandates the Illinois Law Enforcement Training Standards Board develop model policies and guidelines for alcohol and tobacco compliance checks and establish minimum training standards for supervising officers.
