Amends the Senior Citizens and Disabled Persons Property Tax Relief and Pharmaceutical Assistance Act by making a technical change to Section 4 concerning the amount of grants.

Changes reference from "the the" to "the" in the section describing eligibility for individuals who will become 65 years old during the calendar year in which a claim is filed.

Maintains existing grant calculation methodology for individuals turning 65 within the claim year, calculating grants as 1/12 of the normal amount multiplied by the number of months the claimant was 65.

Preserves existing income eligibility limitations and grant maximums based on household size and income levels, with provisions for annual cost-of-living adjustments beginning January 1, 2011.

Continues the Illinois Seniors and Disabled Drug Coverage Program with four eligibility groups and coverage for specified prescription drugs based on Medicare Part D enrollment status and income levels.
