Appropriates $650,500 from the General Revenue Fund to the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Commission for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2012, including personal services ($464,900), state Social Security contributions ($35,600), contractual services ($89,000), travel ($11,400), and other operational expenses.

Appropriates $200,000 from the Interpreters for the Deaf Fund to the Commission for administration and enforcement of the Interpreter for the Deaf Licensure Act of 2007.

Total appropriation of $850,500 for the Commission's ordinary and contingent expenses.

Takes effect July 1, 2012.
