Appropriates $907,732,200 total for the Department on Aging's fiscal year beginning July 1, 2012, comprised of $814,758,900 in General Funds, $8,445,000 in Other State Funds, and $84,528,300 in Federal Funds

Funds departmental operations across five divisions: Executive Office ($1,536,100), Finance and Administration ($6,300,500), Home and Community Services ($3,133,300), Planning Research and Development ($1,079,300), and Communications and Outreach ($854,700)

Allocates $50,163,800 in General Revenue funds for Senior Citizens Circuit Breaker and Pharmaceutical Assistance Program ($24,196,000), Elder Abuse and Neglect Act provisions ($12,448,000), home delivered meals ($10,748,200), and senior helpline services ($1,800,000)

Provides $754,485,500 in grants-in-aid from General Revenue Fund for Community Care Program ($687,124,400), Comprehensive Care Coordination ($57,406,400), and planning/service grants to area agencies on aging ($5,800,000)

Allocates $76,000,000 from Services for Older Americans Fund for Title III congregate and home delivered meals programs ($32,000,000), Title V employment services ($6,500,000), and caregiver support ($7,500,000)
