Appropriates $167,641,700 from the State Gaming Fund to the Illinois Gaming Board for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2012

Allocates funds for personal services ($10,791,000), employee retirement contributions ($4,099,200), social security ($637,200), group insurance ($2,921,000), and contractual services ($800,500)

Provides $110,000,000 for distributions to local governments for admissions and wagering tax, including prior year costs

Allocates $18,961,000 for expenses related to the Illinois State Police and $18,491,800 for Video Gaming Act implementation and administration

Appropriates an additional $381,500 from the State Gaming Fund for costs and expenses related to a Government Services Shared Services Center
