Appropriates $8,579,200 from Other State Funds to the Illinois Racing Board for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2012

Allocates $8,465,900 from the Horse Racing Fund for operational expenses including personal services ($1,102,200), employee retirement contributions ($418,700), group insurance ($345,000), and other administrative costs

Designates $1,943,500 for Laboratory Program expenses and $3,681,100 for Racing Regulation Program expenses

Provides $500,000 for distribution to local governments for admissions tax collection

Appropriates an additional $113,300 from the Horse Racing Fund for Government Services Shared Services Center costs, effective July 1, 2012
