Appropriates $1,041,524,000 from the State Lottery Fund to the Department of the Lottery for ordinary and contingent expenses for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2012.

Allocates $815,000,000 for payment of prizes to lottery ticket holders, including Multi-State Lottery games and promotional prizes.

Allocates $192,800,000 for expenses of developing and promoting lottery games.

Provides $11,433,300 for personal services and $5,685,300 for contractual services.

Appropriates additional $520,300 from the State Lottery Fund for costs related to a Government Services shared services center.
