Appropriates $9,021,400 from the Insurance Producer Administration Fund to the Department of Insurance for producer administration operations, including personal services ($4,012,500), retirement contributions ($1,524,250), group insurance ($1,322,500), and contractual services ($925,000).

Appropriates $20,722,100 from the Insurance Financial Regulation Fund to the Department of Insurance for financial regulation operations, including personal services ($10,080,000), retirement contributions ($3,829,100), and group insurance ($3,036,000).

Appropriates $1,680,500 from the Public Pension Regulation Fund to the Department of Insurance for pension division operations and $100,000 for enrolled contractual actuarial expenses.

Appropriates $3,545,500 from the Senior Health Insurance Program Fund for program administration and $950,000 from the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission Operations Fund for the Insurance Fraud Division anti-fraud program.

Includes additional allocations of $627,200 for a Regulatory/G&A Shared Services Center and $375,000 for agency operations support, with an effective date of July 1, 2012.
