Appropriates $369,886,800 total to the Department of Employment Security for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2012, comprised of $24,000,000 in General Funds, $1,916,700 in Other State Funds, and $343,970,100 in Federal Funds.

Allocates $16,302,700 to the Office of the Director for personal services, retirement contributions, insurance, contractual services, travel, and telecommunications.

Appropriates $110,907,900 to the Finance and Administration Bureau for personnel, benefits, contractual services, printing, equipment, telecommunications, and America's Labor Market Information System expenses.

Provides $214,210,200 to Workforce Development for personal services, retirement contributions, insurance, contractual services, training program development, Employment Security Automation, and Benefit Information System Redefinition.

Allocates $27,651,000 for unemployment compensation benefits to former state employees from multiple fund sources including the Road Fund, Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy Income Fund, Title III Social Security and Employment Fund, and General Revenue Fund.
