Appropriates $1,846,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Office of the Lieutenant Governor for operational expenses for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2012

Appropriates $60,000 from the Agricultural Premium Fund to the Office of the Lieutenant Governor for all costs associated with the Rural Affairs Council, including grants and administrative expenses

Appropriates $50,000 from the Lieutenant Governor's Grant Fund to the Office of the Lieutenant Governor to be expended according to the terms and conditions upon which such funds were received

Total appropriation of $1,956,000 across all funding sources

Effective date is July 1, 2012
