• Appropriates $709,895,800 total to the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois for fiscal year ending June 30, 2013, consisting of $704,919,200 from General Funds and $4,976,600 from Other State Funds.

• Allocates $641,364,400 from the Education Assistance Fund for personal services ($558,800,100), Social Security and Medicare contributions ($9,737,100), group insurance ($24,893,200), contractual services ($40,076,500), telecommunications ($1,800,000), and awards and grants ($6,057,500).

• Appropriates $45,000,000 from General Revenue Fund for University of Illinois Hospital operating costs and $15,826,500 for Prairie Research Institute.
