Appropriates $361,143,000 from General Funds and $50,185,000 from Other State Funds to the Illinois Community College Board for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2012, totaling $411,328,000.

Distributes $275,204,000 to qualifying public community colleges through base operating grants ($198,091,000) and equalization grants ($77,113,000) from the Education Assistance Fund.

Appropriates $55,524,000 for adult education and literacy activities from multiple funding sources including General Revenue Fund and ICCB Adult Education Fund.
