Appropriates $2 from the General Revenue Fund to the Eastern Illinois Economic Development Authority for fiscal year 2013 ordinary and contingent expenses.

The appropriated amount is conditional, specifying "or so much of that amount as may be necessary."

Takes effect July 1, 2012.
