Appropriates $26,128,800 from the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission Operations Fund for ordinary and contingent expenses for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2012.

General Office allocation of $22,430,300 covers personal services for regular positions ($7,883,400) and arbitrators ($3,574,000), plus retirement contributions, group insurance, contractual services, travel, and equipment.

Electronic Data Processing receives $2,135,000 for personal services ($886,400), state contributions, group insurance, contractual services, and telecommunications.

Allocates $1,226,700 for the Insurance Compliance Division anti-fraud program and $130,000 for establishment of the Medical Fee Schedule under the Workers' Compensation Act.

Act takes effect July 1, 2012.
