Appropriates $133,314,700 total funding to the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2012, comprised of $4,309,400 in General Funds, $26,513,400 in Other State Funds, and $102,491,900 in Federal Funds

Allocates $1,885,400 from General Revenue Fund for agency operations including personal services ($1,217,900), social security contributions, contractual services, travel, equipment, and telecommunications

Appropriates $2,424,000 from General Revenue Fund for Adult Redeploy program awards and grants

Allocates $40,000,000 from Criminal Justice Trust Fund for awards and grants to local governments and non-profit organizations, with additional $13,520,100 in Byrne/JAG funds and $1,771,800 for Violence Against Women programs from federal recovery funds

Appropriates funding for multiple criminal justice programs including Motor Vehicle Theft Prevention ($7,063,300), Juvenile Accountability Block Grant ($4,500,000), Death Penalty Abolition training ($18,700,100), and prescription drug disposal ($200,000)
