Appropriates $9,683,800 from the Fire Prevention Fund to the Office of the State Fire Marshal for general office operations including personal services ($4,720,000), retirement contributions ($1,793,000), and other operational expenses.

Appropriates $1,859,950 from the Underground Storage Tank Fund for Fire Marshal operations including personal services ($898,800) and related expenses.

Allocates $357,750 for a public safety shared services center, $65,000 for the Fire Explorer and Cadet School, and $200,000 from the Illinois Firefighters' Memorial Fund for memorial maintenance and the annual Fallen Firefighter Ceremony.

Provides $3,217,700 in grants including $2,267,700 for the Chicago Fire Department Training Program and $950,000 for local governmental agencies participating in state training programs.

Appropriates $8,000,000 for transfer to the Fire Truck and Ambulance Revolving Loan Funds and $2,000,000 for the Small Equipment Grant Program, with an effective date of July 1, 2012.
