Appropriates $5,112,900 from the Metropolitan Fair and Exposition Authority Improvement Bond Fund for debt service on the Authority's Dedicated State Tax Revenue Bonds and related trustee and legal expenses.

Appropriates $141,790,600 from the McCormick Place Expansion Project Fund for debt service on the Authority's McCormick Place Expansion Project Bonds and related trustee and legal expenses.

Appropriates $7,500,000 from the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority Incentive Fund for Fiscal Year 2013 for certified incentives paid to conventions, meetings, and trade shows at McCormick Place and Navy Pier during Fiscal Years 2011 and 2012.

Appropriates $7,500,000 from the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority Incentive Fund for Fiscal Year 2013 for certified incentives paid to conventions, meetings, and trade shows at McCormick Place and Navy Pier during Fiscal Year 2013.

Appropriates $7,265,545 from the Chicago Travel Industry and Promotion Fund for Fiscal Year 2013 to be transferred entirely to the Chicago Convention and Tourism Bureau.
