Appropriates $13,238,000 to the Law Enforcement Training Standards Board for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2012

Operations funding of $3,191,100 from the Traffic and Criminal Conviction Surcharge Fund covers personal services ($1,547,600), retirement contributions ($587,900), Social Security ($118,400), group insurance ($391,000), contractual services ($370,600), and other expenses

Allocates $40,000 from Police Training Board Services Fund for law enforcement intern training under statutory provisions

Provides $350,000 from Death Certificate Surcharge Fund for death investigation services under the Vital Records Act

Appropriates $60,000 from Law Enforcement Camera Grant Fund for grants to local government units for video camera installation in law enforcement vehicles and officer training

Allocates $9,596,900 from Traffic and Criminal Conviction Surcharge Fund for grants-in-aid to reimburse training and training services

Effective date is July 1, 2012
