Appropriates $1,405,812 from the General Revenue Fund to the Court of Claims for ordinary and contingent expenses including personal services, employee benefits, contractual services, travel, and equipment.

Appropriates $450,000 from the Court of Claims Administration and Grant Fund for administrative expenses under the Crime Victims Compensation Act.

Appropriates $10,000,000 from the Court of Claims Federal Grant Fund for payment of claims under the Crime Victims Compensation Act.

Appropriates $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund for payment of awards resulting from lapsed appropriations held by the State Treasurer.

Appropriates $14,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund for payment of line of duty awards and $20,775,000 for various other claims from multiple state funds, effective July 1, 2012.
