Appropriates $20,559,415 from the General Revenue Fund to the Office of the State Appellate Defender for ordinary and contingent expenses, including $15,962,989 for personal services, $2,162,100 for contractual services, and $770,000 for EDP.

Appropriates $275,000 total ($210,000 from Federal Trust Fund and $65,000 matching funds from General Revenue Fund) for federally assisted programs addressing systemic sentencing issues in appeals cases.

Appropriates $242,100 from the General Revenue Fund for the Expungement Program's ordinary and contingent expenses.

Appropriates $67,000 from the General Revenue Fund to provide statewide training to Public Defenders under the Public Defender Training Program.

Appropriates $301,373 from the General Revenue Fund to develop a Juvenile Defender Resource Center; Act takes effect July 1, 2012.
