Appropriates $16,515,000 from the Mandatory Arbitration Fund to the Supreme Court for Mandatory Arbitration Programs

Appropriates $145,100 from the Foreign Language Interpreter Fund to the Supreme Court for the Foreign Language Interpreter Program

Appropriates $939,800 from the Lawyers' Assistance Program Fund to the Supreme Court for lawyers' assistance programs

Effective date is July 1, 2012
