Appropriates $30,705,700 from the General Revenue Fund to the Office of the Attorney General for operational expenses for fiscal year ending June 30, 2013.

Appropriates $1,887,500 from the General Revenue Fund for operational expenses, awards, grants, and permanent improvements for the Attorney General's office.

Appropriates funds from specialized funds including $3,114,900 from the Asbestos Abatement Fund, $7,750,000 from the Attorney General Court Ordered and Voluntary Compliance Payment Projects Fund, and $8,700,000 from the Attorney General Whistleblower Reward and Protection Fund.

Appropriates $8,768,700 from the Violent Crime Victims Assistance Fund for victim services, including $6,000,000 in awards and grants under the Violent Crime Victims Assistance Act, and $500,000 from the Domestic Violence Fund for domestic violence legal advocacy services.

Establishes appropriations for specialized enforcement including $3,500,000 from the Attorney General Tobacco Fund for Master Settlement Agreement oversight and $50,000 from the Attorney General Sex Offender Awareness Fund for the I-SORT program.
