• Appropriates $190,464,500 from the DHS Special Purposes Trust Fund for grants associated with child care services, including operation, administrative, and prior year costs.

• Appropriates $460,000,000 from the Employment and Training Fund for grants associated with employment and training programs, income assistance and other social services, including operation, administrative, and prior year costs.

• Takes effect July 1, 2012.
