Appropriates $1,669,500 to the Architect of the Capitol and $1,201,400 to the Commission on Government Forecasting and Accountability for operational expenses for fiscal year ending June 30, 2013

Appropriates an additional $1,500,000 to the Commission on Government Forecasting and Accountability for pension pick-up contributions to the State Employees' Retirement System of Illinois for legislative staff employees, effective July 1, 2012
