Amends Section 21-14 of the School Code to require teachers completing in-service training programs on suicide prevention to also include training on sexual abuse and assault awareness and prevention for continuing professional development credit.

Modifies the Critical Health Problems and Comprehensive Health Education Act to mandate age-appropriate sexual abuse and assault awareness and prevention education in grades pre-kindergarten through 12, replacing the previous requirement limited to secondary schools.

Allows teachers to earn continuing professional development units by participating in or presenting at in-service training programs addressing sexual abuse and assault awareness and prevention alongside existing suicide prevention training requirements.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
