Amends the Election Code to modify nomination filing deadlines for candidates in consolidated elections held by minor political parties and multi-township assessor offices.

Changes nomination paper filing period for consolidated elections from "not more than 113 nor less than 106 days prior" to "during the 7-day period beginning on the first Tuesday of December immediately preceding" the consolidated election.

Applies the same 7-day December filing period to petitions for multi-township assessor offices in consolidated elections.

Removes previous language in Section 10-1 that specified a 113 to 106-day filing window for municipal nominations, replacing it with a reference to Section 10-6 filing procedures.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
