Eliminates annual stipends for county supervisors of assessments, treasurers, coroners, sheriffs, recorders of deeds, auditors, and circuit court clerks whose terms begin on or after the effective date of this Act.

Prevents additional $500 annual compensation for supervisors of assessments with Certified Assessing Evaluator Certificates if their terms begin on or after the effective date.

Removes $6,500 annual stipends for county auditors and coroners whose terms begin on or after the effective date, though base salary compensation remains unchanged.

Eliminates $6,500 annual stipends for sheriffs in counties under 2,000,000 population and for Cook County sheriff and recorder of deeds whose terms begin on or after the effective date.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
