Designates the West Main Street Overpass in Galesburg as the "Donald L. Moffitt Overpass" in honor of Illinois State Representative Donald L. Moffitt.

Recognizes Moffitt's public service since 1971 as an elected official and since 1993 as an Illinois House Representative, including service on committees covering aging, agriculture, education, transportation, and veterans affairs.

Acknowledges Moffitt's advocacy for public safety, emergency management, fire protection, public education, agricultural market expansion, and highway projects.

Requests the Illinois Department of Transportation erect plaques or signs at suitable locations to designate the overpass with the new name, consistent with state regulations.

Directs copies of the resolution be presented to the Illinois Secretary of Transportation and Representative Donald L. Moffitt.
