Extends the School Success Task Force, originally established during the 96th General Assembly under House Joint Resolution 5, to continue examining State Board of Education policies on suspensions, expulsions, and truancies.

Adds one member representing Chicago School District 299, appointed by the State Board of Education, to the task force.

Requires the School Success Task Force to submit a report by December 31, 2012, as established in its authorizing resolution.

Task force continues to operate under its original enabling resolution while carrying out the extended work and recommendations on school discipline and support strategies.

Directs delivery of a copy of the resolution to the State Board of Education.
