Designates the active bridge spanning the Fox River on Washington Street and Route 34 in Oswego as the Ken and Jackie Pickerill Commemorative Bridge.

Ken Pickerill was a teacher, coach (baseball, wrestling, and football), and Athletic Director at Oswego High School; he coached three consecutive undefeated seasons between 1958-1960 and was inducted into the Oswego High School Wrestling Hall of Fame (1976) and Football Hall of Fame (2000).

Ken Pickerill built the first baseball field at Traughber Junior High School in 1956 and funded projects at Oswego High School, including "Jackie's Field of Dreams" named after his late wife, which serves as home to the Oswego Cats and American Amateur Baseball Congress members.

Jackie Pickerill founded the Jacqueline Shop fashion store in downtown Oswego in 1957 and was a founder and past president of the Oswego Business Association and a board member of the Apparel Fashion Center in Chicago.

Directs the Illinois Department of Transportation to erect plaques or signs at suitable locations identifying the bridge as the Ken and Jackie Pickerill Commemorative Bridge, consistent with State and federal regulations.
