Designates Illinois Route 136 as the "Illinois Korean War Medal of Honor Highway" to honor eight Illinois-born Medal of Honor recipients from the Korean War.

Recognizes the heroic service of William G. Windrich, James I. Poynter, Lester Hammond, John E. Kilmer, Louis J. Sebille, William F. Dean, Edward C. Krzyzowski, and Richard G. Wilson, all of whom were awarded the Medal of Honor for their actions during the Korean War (June 1950 - July 1953).

Directs the Illinois Department of Transportation to erect plaques or signs at suitable locations along the designated highway to identify it as the Illinois Korean War Medal of Honor Highway.

Requires copies of the resolution to be delivered to the Secretary of the Illinois Department of Transportation, the families of the eight Medal of Honor recipients, and the KW60 Ambassador of the U.S. Department of Defense.
