Extends the Ronald Reagan Trail to include U.S. Route 30 and Highway 136 through Fulton, and U.S. Route 34 from Princeton through Galesburg to Monmouth.

Requests the Illinois Department of Transportation erect appropriate signs, markers, or plaques along the extended trail portions in recognition of the designation.

Honors Ronald Reagan, the 40th President of the United States and native of Illinois, by including cities central to his upbringing (Fulton, Princeton, Galesburg, and Monmouth) in the trail.

Trail originally designated in 1999 connected Tampico to Dixon to Eureka via Illinois Routes 172, 92, 26, 29, and U.S. Route 24.
