Designates the Illinois segment of U.S. Route 20 as the "General U.S. Grant Memorial Highway of Fallen Heroes" to honor fallen military service members.

U.S. Route 20 is the longest road in the United States at over 3,300 miles, stretching from Boston, Massachusetts to Newport, Oregon, and crossing Illinois from northwest to south Chicago.

Requests the Illinois Department of Transportation to erect signage displaying the ceremonial designation consistent with state and federal regulations.

Encourages the other 11 states along U.S. Route 20 to adopt similar measures to support veterans groups and active service members.

Directs copies of the resolution be distributed to the Secretary of Transportation and eight Illinois veterans organizations including the VFW, American Legion, Disabled American Veterans, and Vietnam Veterans of America.
