Extends the deadline for a 24-member Task Force created by House Resolution 230 to report findings and recommendations on emergency medical services improvements from January 1, 2012 to April 19, 2012.

Task Force was established to provide guidance on improving equipment, funding, training, manpower, cost savings, and communications within the state's emergency medical services system.

Task Force is required to meet with emergency medical service stakeholders and make recommendations for assisting and improving EMS functions in Illinois.

Task Force shall continue operating under the provisions of House Resolution 230 of the 97th General Assembly while working toward the extended reporting deadline.
