Designates the entire north-south stretch of thoroughfare in Chicago and north suburbs as Pulaski Road, including sections currently named Crawford Avenue in Lincolnwood, Skokie, Evanston, and Wilmette.

Applies to the stretch north of Devon Avenue (6400 N) extending from the Chicago City Limits south to Lincoln Highway US-30.

Requests the Illinois Department of Transportation erect plaques or signs at suitable locations to identify the roadway as Pulaski Road, consistent with state regulations.

Directs copies of the resolution be delivered to the Illinois Department of Transportation, the Villages of Lincolnwood and Skokie, the Cities of Evanston and Chicago, and the Village of Wilmette.

Road was previously known as 40th Avenue until 1913, then renamed Pulaski Road in 1935 after American Revolutionary War hero Casimir Pulaski.
