Congratulates Peggy Frank on her retirement in January 2013 as President and CEO of the Naperville Heritage Society and Naper Settlement after 33 years of service.

Acknowledges Frank's educational background including an associate's degree from Stephens College in Missouri and a bachelor's degree from the University of Kentucky, both in American history.

Recognizes Frank's transformation of the organization from a small volunteer-driven group into a nationally-recognized 12-acre museum complex with over 30 structures and a $4 million operating budget.

Notes Frank's prior curatorial experience with the Historical Society of Delaware from 1977-1979 and her active involvement in civic and professional organizations at local, state, and national levels.

Acknowledges Frank's continued service as President Emeritus and one-year consultant to assist with the transition to a new CEO.
